Shipping & returns


The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer order.

Following the general rule, our items are in storage and are shipped in weekdays, due within 2 or 3 days.  If an item can not be delivered, the order is automatically canceled and the customer will be informed by e-mail. In case of late unusual Collection Show/Firuzé SA inform the customer by e-mail.

Items are normally delivered by mail or courier.

Delivery deadlines indicated by Collection Show/Firuzé SA are only an indication. Collection Show/Firuzé SA and its partners strive to respect them. However, the non-compliance with the deadline does not cancel the order, compensation or delay penalties.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are billed as indicated for each item and are valid only for orders coming from our huge selection of online shopping.

DELIVERIES:    If the customer wishes, may pick up your order directly at the store Collection Show/Firuzé SA in Riva Caccia 1 in Lugano.

In this case, you will not be charged any shipping cost and the customer will make the payment online, when ordering as for all other purchases.

Unless otherwise stated, Collection Show/Firuzé SA reserves the right to make full or partial deliveries. In case of partial delivery, the shipping charges will be billed only once at the price of a full delivery.

For security reasons, Collection Show/Firuzé SA can not make deliveries whose address mailboxes.

Deliveries are limited to the territory of Switzerland.

Delivery shall be deemed made when the product is made available to the customer by the carrier up in front of the home. It will be up to the customer to bring order in the home and to provide, if necessary, to mount or install the item according to the instructions attached.



And 'the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon delivery and to express reservations and complaints in the event of errors or non-compliance; these reserves and complaints should be directed to Collection Show/Firuzé SA by email or letter as soon as possible and at the latest within eight days after delivery.

As a general rule, all items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or dirty will not be resumed.

The shipping costs in the case of a delivery of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
